Didn't
realize that Facebook was only showing a small set of the volleyball
pics to those that were not on Facebook accounts. And it
didn't allow folks to see the higher-res photos.
So for the non-Facebook crowd
I put the full set on flickr.com. flickr doesn't allow me
to keep the order so they are not necessarily in a reasonable order:
For the Facebook crowd, here are the Facebook links. They are
public photo albums so you should be able to tag yourselves without me
having to approve it and without you having to friend me.
